Release 200.003.000
The new release 200.003.000 of maxflow® purchase order is ready for you and offers many interesting innovations and an optimized user experience. From this release, it is possible, among other things, to control the processing process for the individual order items and to perform automated freeage. In addition, the substitution care has been revised and the asset management optimized.
Position-Based Process Flows
maxflow® purchase order, like many other Beck IT products, now offers the possibility of controlling the processing of each individual order item in detail. For example, additional approval levels can be defined for certain materials or suppliers in order to further individualize the release logic and adapt it to the processes of each customer.
Automated Approval
To minimize the effort required to process purchase orders and speed up processing, various functions are now available for automated release. For example, items with small amounts can be released completely or at individual levels by the system to reduce unnecessary manual checks. These automatic system releases can be freely defined for each order item.
Revised Substitution Care
The entire user interface of substitution care has been redesigned to make it even easier for users to maintain their substitutes. With just a few clicks, it is now possible to store a substitution. If required, the authorizations for substitutes can also be restricted in detail, for example using amount limits or account assignment objects. The new substitution care is of course also available across products in maxflow® portal, so that substitutes for different Beck IT products can be maintained centrally.
Optimization of Asset Management
To increase user-friendliness, the asset management of maxflow® purchase order has also been revised. Original documents can now be displayed integrated in the release dialog to facilitate the release and to recognize deviations more easily. In addition, a fast upload function is available, which allows the user to enter new assets in the simplest way and with just a few clicks.
