Management Assistant for IT Systems Management (m/f/d)
For the next possible date we are looking for a Management Assistant for IT System Management (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in the Passau area in Full-time .
- You have a completed education in the field of IT system management or an equivalent education
- Preferably you have 2 years of work experience
- SAP knowledge (ideally in the FI / MM modules) is an advantage
- You have a technical understanding and commercial thinking
- Good communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers
- Willingness to travel and be mobile should be present
- Structured way of working and self-confident appearance
- Very good German and solid English skills, both written and spoken
- General software knowledge and special SAP competencies
- Product presentations in the form of live demos for interested parties (on-site or remote)
- Analysis of the ACTUAL situation at the customer, consulting on TARGET processes, recording of customer requirements and preparation of project documentation
- Realization and implementation of customer projects in the SAP environment
- Agile project management and responsibility for product launches: from preparation to customizing and training to go-live
- Documenting customer-specific changes and coordinating them with the development department
- Support of our national and international customers after product launch
- Close cooperation with our business partners and our support team on technical and product-specific issues
- 30 days vacation per year
