GPA NRW Approval of the Technical Program
SAP-integrated invoice workflow maxflow® invoice management and SAP interface maxflow® interface officially approved according to §94 paragraph 2 of the municipal code for the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Since the 1st of January 2021, only specialized programs approved by the Municipal Audit Office of North Rhine-Westphalia may be used for the automated execution of municipal budget management transactions. The most recent versions of our workflow solution for automated invoice processing and the associated SAP interface were tested. These have been approved for use in cities, municipalities and administrations of North Rhine-Westphalia with immediate effect.
The aim of this test is to create a uniform level of quality and to ensure legal and standard-compliant work with a specialized application in public administration. The criteria relate to general requirements such as technical functions, user-friendliness and legal conditions (GoBD, DSGVO). The requirements of double-entry financial accounting and bookkeeping were also tested.
