More security with the latest TLS encryption protocols

End for TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1

The TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 encryption protocols are no longer supported by major browser manufacturers, such as Microsoft, Google, Mozilla and Apple, since the beginning of 2020, as these versions are now considered insecure and the successor versions TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 are already available. Websites that continue to use versions 1.0 and 1.1 will then no longer be accessible with current browsers.

With maxflow® portal from version 200.008.000, the TLS version to be used can be maintained in the system settings to provide the best possible encryption. Due to the support of TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3, the maxflow® portal websites are encrypted according to the current state of the art and are accessible with the latest browser versions.

In addition to supporting current encryption techniques, we place great emphasis on the security of the application when developing maxflow® portal websites and, for example, conduct security checks and penetration tests with independent experts in order to continuously improve and secure maxflow® portal.

Are you still using an older version of the maxflow® portal? Then contact our qualified support. We will advise and support you in planning an upgrade.
