maxflow® invoice management, our system solution for the efficient processing of incoming invoices, once again has many improvements and interesting new features in store for you in the latest version 400.006.000.

Integrated Document Recognition

A new interface enables the integration of document recognition into the maxflow® invoice management workflow within SAP. Through this integration, maxflow® invoice management now includes another module of digital invoice processing and enables the complete workflow-based processing of incoming invoices - from OCR recognition to document capture and posting.

You can now also use the sophisticated agent determination, substitution rules or the central inbox as well as many other functions of maxflow® invoice management for document recognition and further standardize and optimize your processes.

Additional Functions for Accounting

Relieve the burden on your accounting department by controlling the processing steps more flexibly or reduce unnecessary inspection steps to random samples.

The new version includes a function that can be used to perform random sampling in various processes. These random samples can, for example, replace the inspection of all individual documents or be used as an additional means of process control. In addition, checks can now be controlled by the accounting department in even more detail and with greater flexibility in order to place each document exactly where it belongs without any major detours.

Simplified Representative Maintenance

The entire user interface of substitution care has been redesigned to make it even easier for users to maintain their substitutes. With just a few clicks, it is now possible to store a substitution. If required, the authorizations for substitutes can also be restricted in detail, for example using amount limits or account assignment objects.

The new substitution care is of course also available across products in maxflow® Portal, so that representatives for different Beck IT products can be maintained centrally.

Usability

In the new release, we have once again placed great emphasis on user-friendliness and so, for example, an improved online help is available to the clerks and there are additional input aids and description texts in many processing steps. In addition, substitutes are now notified when a substitution begins or ends and thus know in good time when additional tasks arise or are omitted.
