Release 400.009.000

The new release 400.009.000 of maxflow® invoice management was published in May 2020 and again offers numerous interesting innovations. During the development, in addition to the fast and uncomplicated introduction, special attention was paid to user-friendliness, the integration of recurring entry documents and the relief of the accounting department.

Relief of the Accounting Department

Relieve your accounting department by automatically adjusting the posting date. The complete release of a document can also sometimes take a little longer. If the originally intended posting period is already closed by the time the release is completed, or if you always want to post in the current month, maxflow® invoice management can automatically adjust the posting period before the final posting. This avoids posting errors and manual rework. Even a fiscal year change can be carried out fully automatically and thus causes significantly less effort in accounting.

Integration of Recurring Entry Documents

In addition to the current recurring entries, maxflow® invoice management can now also release the source documents that previously had to be processed without workflow support. Thus, the original documents are also fully integrated in the workflow and can be processed with all functions of maxflow® invoice management.

Facilitated Introduction

With the new release of maxflow® invoice management, the introduction of the product and in particular the replacement of other workflow solutions has been simplified. A special control function makes it possible to identify which documents are to be processed with maxflow® invoice management and which documents are to be processed with other workflows on the basis of the document data. Through this control, maxflow® invoice management can be introduced gradually in different areas of the company without affecting existing workflows. This makes the introduction exactly scalable and happens exactly when you are ready.
