Release 200.001.000 to 200.003.000
After maxflow® procurement was completely revised for version 2, the subsequent versions 200.001.000, 200.002.000 and 200.003.000 were further optimized and provided with numerous new functions. The current release 200.003.000 is available immediately.
New Substitution Care
The entire interface of substitution care has been redesigned to make it even more user-friendly and convenient for users to maintain their substitutes. With just a few clicks, it is now possible to store a substitution. If required, the authorizations for substitutes can also be restricted in detail, e.g. on the basis of amount limits or account assignment objects. The new substitution care is of course also available across products in maxflow® Portal, so that substitutes for different Beck IT products can be maintained centrally.
New Functions in the Monitor
The maxflow® procurement monitor inbox has been enhanced with additional selection options and helpful functions, and is now even more the central entry point for the processor. For example, in addition to their own tasks, agents can also view all of their team's tasks, which gives them a better overview and allows them to process the tasks more flexibly.
Furthermore, areas of responsibility can be created through which an agent can view tasks within his or her responsibility, even if he or she was not involved in their processing, such as for researching purchase requisitions for specific vendors, plants, materials, or account assignments.
In addition, messages to purchase requisitions can be sent directly from the monitor. This facilitates communication with the responsible agents and unprocessed tasks can be requested directly.
Innovations in the Capture
A number of innovations have been introduced for the entry and release of purchase requisitions in maxflow® procurement, which enable particularly user-friendly and interactive processing. When entering purchase requisitions , a quick upload function for additional attachments can now be used. This allows attachments to be uploaded and attached to the document in a completely straightforward manner. With this new function, you can also give attachments their own designations to ensure order and clarity at all times.
Furthermore, default values can now be used when entering and editing maxflow® procurement purchase requisitions to simplify the entry of frequently recurring data. Of course, existing default values from SAP data entry are also taken into account.
