Together with our partners Ricoh Schweiz AG and TCG Informatik AG, we were able to implement a digital and modern ECM concept at Globus. The concept included the areas "Digital Mailroom", "Digital Storage" and "Digital Processes".
Thanks to structured and agile project management, the project went live on time, within the agreed budget, and to the required quality. Digitization enabled us to reduce processing costs and optimize staff efficiency in the area of document management.

About the magazines to the globe
Magazine zum Globus is a Swiss retail company offering premium products for different areas of life (living, eating, clothing, etc.). Founded in 1907, the company belonged to the Migros Group from 1997 to 2020. In 2020 it was sold to a joint venture of the Austrian Signa Holding and the Thai Central Group.
Following the sale of Globus from the Migros Group, the company was faced with the challenge of completing a so-called "carve-out" from all of the Migros Group's IT systems. Globus was therefore looking for a full-service provider to digitize business documents, process them uniformly and archive them in a legally compliant manner. Ricoh Schweiz AG was already a partner for printers and multifunction printers and was able to present Globus with the integrated ECM system. In order to meet all the requirements, Ricoh brought both TCG Informatik AG (digitization of documents) and Beck IT GmbH (automation of document processing within SAP) on board.
