Release 400.008.000
We have once again further developed our invoice receipt workflow and published the new release 400.008.000 in October 2019. In the new release, many improvements have again been implemented in detail to make their processes even more flexible and to make their daily work easier for users. For example, payment blocks can now be set or removed from each processing step, the configuration of "four-eye-principle" has been extended and automatic data transfer can be further restricted.
Migration Function for Upgrades
The new upgrade guide contains all the necessary steps required for a release upgrade and provides automatic migration functions that significantly simplify an upgrade. Whether upgrading from version 3 to version 4 or small release upgrades, the upgrade guide contains all the necessary functions. Of course, this guide is supplemented with each new release and guides our customers safely through the upgrade process.
Assistance Function for New Launches
In addition to upgrading existing installations, we have also thought about new implementations and provide various wizards that automate and accelerate the initial integration of maxflow® invoice management into the SAP system. With just a few clicks, settings are made fully or partially automatically and installation is quick and easy.
