Release 400,018,000
For the release 400.018.000 of maxflow® invoice management, which we published in November 2024, we have made various small changes and corrections in addition to the following functions.
Optimization of the Fiori application
In the new version of maxflow® invoice management, the UI5 Fiori application has been further optimized and adapted to the needs of users. For example, the addition of new items has been improved so that document changes can be made even more easily and quickly during factual checks and approval. In addition, the display of original documents has been enhanced and users can now control the display individually.
In addition, the configuration of the Fiori application has been integrated into the maxflow® invoice management settings and both components are now delivered combined to further simplify installation and configuration.
Integrated document reversal
An additional processing step has been integrated into approval workflow in order to cancel documents directly if required. Thanks to this integration, the document reversal is now also workflow-supported and all workflow functions, such as fully automatic agent determination, execution from the inbox, forwarding, queries, notes and complete logging, are now also available for this step. This makes the entire editing process even faster and more transparent.
Responsive design web interface
With this release, the templates are further optimized for display in the maxflow® portal web interface. This improves the use on mobile devices. The adaptation requires the minimum version 200.019.000 of maxflow® portal.
Access point for customer applications
New, standardized access points have been added to the release application for customer-specific adaptations. These are necessary to make the application redefinable at different points and to ensure better expandability for future customer adaptations.
