Release 200.000.000

The new release 200.000.000 of maxflow® procurement was completed and published in June 2018. In this release, among other things, the existing dialogs were revised, the selections within the monitor were optimized and the integration into our web interface was carried out. Due to the improved interface design, purchase requisitions can be processed faster and easier.

New Dialogs

The complete revision of the existing dialogs offer a completely new user experience. The new entry screen for BIT purchase requisitions presents the most important information at a glance and makes it possible to add further additional data as required without additional effort. For example, when entering account assignment data, automatic presettings are made based on the item data. Furthermore, the new release adapts all workflow steps to the common standard of the maxflow® product family. This ensures a clearly structured and intuitive interface across all products.

The new data entry dialog has also been enhanced with additional functionalities. BIT-purchase requisitions can now be pre-entered with the new "Remember" function. This means that data entry can be paused and resumed at any time without loss of data. Change documents for the BIT-purchase requisitions also make processing more transparent. Here you can see exactly which changes have been made to the document. As an additional enhancement, attachments can now be added to the document while it is being entered, allowing for smooth processing without interruptions. To make the work of the data entry clerk even easier, mandatory fields are now highlighted. This makes it immediately clear which entries are expected. The package of new functions is rounded off by the expansion of the template function. In addition to the use of self-created templates, this now also allows SAP purchase requisitions or SAP purchase orders to be used as templates.

Improved maxflow® procurement Monitor

In maxflow® procurement monitor, all purchase requisitions can be displayed. The extended selection allows you to narrow down purchase requisitions much more precisely. After the selection you will find all important information directly at a glance. For each requirement the suitable variant is available here (administrative monitor, personal monitor). New functions such as quick release or retrieval of queries allow open tasks to be processed more quickly and efficiently. New enhancements for quick selection also allow users to switch from the inbox mode to other specialized views at any time. Whether "My captured purchase requisitions", "My requested purchase requisitions" or "My remembered purchase requisitions", each view can be called up directly. Through the use of additional icons, the status of purchase requisition can now also be seen directly at a glance. This makes it possible to see immediately whether the document is still being released or whether goods have already been received.

Simple Definition of Responsibilities

The flexible settings in the area of agent assignment also make it very easy to define responsibilities. In addition, new determination types are available, with which complex strategies for agent determination can be realized. Every user can be defined as an agent - no matter whether it is the person who entered the data, the person who requested the data from purchase requisition or the recipient of the goods.

Complete integration into the maxflow® portal

Thanks to integration in the new maxflow® portal, the functions for recording and releasing purchase requisitions are also available via maxflow® portal web interface. This allows easy entry and release via any modern internet browser. The new maxflow® portal also provides a link to maxflow® purchase order (order release workflow) and maxflow® invoice management (invoice release workflow). This allows the entire process from purchase requisition to invoice processing to be handled centrally in one place.
