Release 400.010.000
In October 2020, we completed and published release 400.0010.000 of maxflow® invoice management. In addition to minor changes and corrections, we have also further simplified the upgrade process. This means that the addition of further assistance functions significantly reduces the effort for version upgrades and many functions, such as the creation of events and background jobs, are executed automatically.
S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud Certificate
Our system solution maxflow® finance has been certified by the SAP Integration and Certification Center for SAP S/4HANA version 1909 and 2020 for both cloud and on-premise use. maxflow® finance is the combination of the components maxflow® interface and maxflow® invoice management. Secure Archiving
Long retention periods apply in accounting, which means that enormous amounts of data accumulate over the years. At some point, the time comes when legacy data must be archived. maxflow® invoice management enables secure archiving via the SAP archiving functions. As a result, database tables remain lean and performant and the most important information is nevertheless retained in the monitor and can still be viewed.
More Flexible Processes
New configuration options and functions enable even more flexible process control. For example, new options are available in approval configuration for controlling additional releases on various approval levels as well as for manual release in the event of deviations. The already very flexible control for agent determination or the options for approval configuration have thus been expanded again.
