Release 400,016,000

For the release 400.016.000 of maxflow® invoice management, which we published in November 2023, we have made various small changes and corrections in addition to the following functions.

Responsive design in the portal

Many functions of maxflow® invoice management can be executed via the maxflow® portal in the browser and can therefore be used independently of operating systems and end devices. This results in increased demands on the dialog design, as the size and resolution of the end devices in particular can vary greatly and the display of the dialogs must be adapted to the respective device.

With the responsive design in the maxflow® portal, we have optimized the various dialog elements for device-independent display. As a result, the dialogs adapt flexibly to the respective output size and remain clearly structured and intuitively controllable, both by mouse on a PC or Mac and by touch control on a tablet or smartphone.

Personal settings

Each editor can define various personal settings, such as the size of the original document display or the task preview in the monitor. An administrative view has now been implemented for these personal settings, which can be used to manage the personal settings of all agents. For example, individual options can now be changed for several or all processors. In addition, a template is now also available with which default settings can be set. This template can be used by all editors, provided they do not define their own settings.

Optimization of the substitution care

Icons have been added to maxflow® invoice management substitution care to show the various boundaries of a substitution, making it even more intuitive to use. Representation relationships are easier to recognize at first glance thanks to the additional icons.

In addition, the function for transferring existing tasks to new substitutes has been improved. To avoid unnecessary waiting times in the dialog, the transfer has been moved to background processing. The agent only has to initiate the transfer and can immediately move on to other tasks without having to wait for the transfer to be completed.

Integrated original document in UI5

The UI5 application of maxflow® invoice management now also supports an integrated display of the original document in the release dialog. This means that the UI5 application can be used optimally, especially on the desktop or tablet, as it is no longer necessary to switch between different windows with the original document and release, but both can be displayed in one window.

Display of cross-company code transactions

When posting a cross-company code document, the items of the document are transferred to independent documents by company code and replaced by clearing items. As a result, important account assignment information is no longer visible in the original document and the approval process is difficult to reconstruct retrospectively.

In order to better understand the approval process and cross-company code transactions, an additional tab is displayed in the document details and in the release dialog for posted cross-company code documents. This tab contains the item and account assignment data of the cross-company code transaction and the associated follow-on documents.

... and Much More

In addition to these highlights, corrections were also made in the new version in order to further improve maxflow® invoice management and to continue to offer our customers the system solution for efficient processing of incoming invoices in the SAP environment.
