Release 100.002.000 and 100.003.000
In this article, we summarize the optimizations and innovations of the versions 100.002.000 and 100.003.000 of maxflow® travel management. The release 100.003.000 is available since June 2018.
New agent assignment
The new agent assignment in the monitor enables authorized users to maintain the agent list for trip receipts. In addition to adding and removing agents, entire processing steps can be restarted and accepted work items can be put back. In addition, the current processing status of the work item ("Ready", "Accepted", "In progress", etc.) can be determined using this new feature. It is also displayed whether the work item is still free or already being processed.
Selection of non-maxflow documents in the monitor
By means of this adjustment, from now on also non- maxflow-travel receipts can be displayed in the monitor. To do this, simply select the "Non-maxflow receipts" checkbox in the selection screen. If the checkbox is active, the selection only refers to non-maxflow receipts. This means that maxflow receipts are excluded from the selection set. Only travel receipts and requests for which no workflow has yet been started by maxflow® travel management will then be selected.
In-house and cross-product substitution care
As of Release 100.002.000, maxflow® travel management has a product-specific substitution care. In addition, a cross-product substitution care of maxflow® portal version 2 was also integrated.
Integration of status symbols
From now on, the status of the trip is displayed by means of icons in the results screens of the monitor. Next to the release statuses, deleted and booked trips are displayed with a corresponding icon.
New document view
As of release 100.003.000, the new receipt view is available in maxflow® travel management. This view is integrated in the release dialogs (SAP and Web) as well as in the Travel Information monitor. It displays all receipts entered for the respective trip as well as their most important data (expense type, amount, currency, receipt date, etc.).
