Order Workflow

Release 200.014.000 of maxflow^® purchase order is now available. In the new release, among other things, the responsive design web interface has been further optimized to ensure location-independent use. We have also made corrections and further adjustments.

The new release 200.012.000 is now available for maxflow^® purchase order. Among other things, substitution care and the logging of redirects have been optimized during development. In addition, our web connection now adapts to the respective device size (responsive design).

In the latest version of maxflow^® purchase order, we have both enhanced agent determination and implemented a more user-friendly task overview. In addition, the new correspondence function enables direct communication (e.g. with suppliers) from the processing step.

In April 2022, we published the new release 200.009.000 of maxflow^® purchase order. From this release onwards, documents can be prioritized manually, which enables the responsible processors to recognize which documents are to be processed as a matter of priority. In addition, the optimized escalation management now enables various control mechanisms for a targeted escalation of documents.

Once again we are proud to announce a new release of maxflow^® purchase order. The release 200.008.000 was completed and published in November 2021. During the development the translation of texts was optimized and the monitor inbox was extended.

Release 200.007 000 is now available for maxflow^® purchase order. In addition to the "four-eye-principle" , the monitor has also been adapted in the new release. In addition, further changes and corrections have been made.

maxflow^® purchase order advances to the new release 200.006.000, which was published in October 2020. For this purpose, the automatic creation of object services and the automatic scheduling of background jobs have been added. In addition, we have extended the customizing and the functions in our web environment.

Product version 200.005.000 of maxflow^® purchase order has been available since May 2020. An upgrade guide is available to facilitate follow-up work during upgrades, and functions have been added to the implementation guide to further automate the process.

The new release 200.003.000 of maxflow^® purchase order is ready for you and offers many interesting innovations and an optimized user experience. From this release, it is possible, among other things, to control the processing process for the individual order items and to perform automated freeage. In addition, the substitution care has been revised and the asset management optimized.

The new release 200.001.000 of maxflow^® purchase order was completed and published in February 2017. With the help of our purchase order workflow, purchase orders can be checked or released transparently and easily in the SAP system before they are sent to the suppliers. With this release there is a comprehensive revision of the usability.
