Purchase Requisition Workflow (PReq) 

The new release 200.012.000 is now available for maxflow^® procurement. Among other things, substitution care and the logging of redirects have been optimized during development. In addition, our web connection now adapts to the respective device size (responsive design).

In the latest version of maxflow^® procurement, we have both enhanced agent determination and implemented a more user-friendly task overview. In addition, the new correspondence function enables direct communication (e.g. with suppliers) from the processing step.

We completed and published the new release 200.009.000 of maxflow^® procurement in May 2022^. In addition to many smaller optimizations, documents can now be prioritized manually and several positions can be changed simultaneously. In addition, the escalation management has been optimized and expanded.

In November 2021, we expanded the functionality of our SAP-integrated purchase requisition workflow maxflow^® procurement and at the same time made some corrections. The new release 200.008.000 allows, among other things, translations to be entered via a transaction.

In May 2021, we launched the new release 200.007.000 for maxflow^® procurement. Here, too, minor optimizations and corrections were made. In addition, we have expanded the selection options in the monitor and further optimized our solution for SAP S/4HANA.

maxflow^® procurement advances to the new release 200.006.000, which was published in October 2020. For this purpose, the automatic creation of object services and the automatic scheduling of background jobs have been added. In addition, we have extended the customizing and the functions in our web environment.

We completed and published the new release 200.005.000 of maxflow^® procurement in March 2020. In addition to many smaller optimizations, it is now also possible to jump from the entry screen and to jump to the account assignment master data. In addition, we have implemented two new types of agent determination.

In October 2019, we published the new release 200.004.000 of maxflow^® procurement. In this release, many improvements have again been implemented in detail in order to be able to design the processing procedures even more flexibly and to facilitate the daily work for the users. For example, OCI catalogs can be assigned to the respective users via authorizations and the purchasing organization can be derived from the plant.

After maxflow^® procurement was completely revised for version 2, the subsequent versions 200.001.000, 200.002.000 and 200.003.000 were further optimized and provided with numerous new functions. The current release 200.003.000 is available immediately.

The new release 200.000.000 of maxflow^® procurement was completed and published in June 2018. In this release, among other things, the existing dialogs were revised, the selections within the monitor were optimized and the integration into our web interface was carried out. Due to the improved interface design, purchase requisitions can be processed faster and easier.
