The new release 400.0012.000 of maxflow^® invoice management was published in November 2021. In addition to the following functions, various small changes and corrections were also made in the new version to further improve maxflow^® invoice management and to continue to offer our customers the system solution for efficient processing of incoming invoices in the SAP environment.

maxflow^® invoice management advances to the new release 400.011.000, which was published in May 2021. For this purpose, upgrading from older versions has again been simplified and optimized. The addition of further assistance functions significantly reduces the effort required for version upgrades and many functions, such as the migration of task classifications and the migration of active workflows, are performed automatically.

You are using the 3rd version of maxflow^® invoice management and would like to change to the latest product version (4th version)? But you are worried that the data will be lost or falsified during the version change? To counteract this, there are various tools in maxflow^® invoice management 4 for automatic data migration. We thus take over the error-free and complete transfer of your old data into the new version.

In October 2020, we completed and published release 400.0010.000 of maxflow^® invoice management. In addition to minor changes and corrections, we have also further simplified the upgrade process. This means that the addition of further assistance functions significantly reduces the effort for version upgrades and many functions, such as the creation of events and background jobs, are executed automatically.

The new release 400.009.000 of maxflow^® invoice management was published in May 2020 and again offers numerous interesting innovations. During the development, in addition to the fast and uncomplicated introduction, special attention was paid to user-friendliness, the integration of recurring entry documents and the relief of the accounting department.

After seven years, version 3 of maxflow^® invoice management was officially replaced by the new version 4 in May 2017. During the development of the new version, special attention was paid to customer requirements, transparency and performance in addition to the new user interfaces. Since the completion of version 4, 8 further releases have been published and meanwhile release 400.008.000 is available. But why do we recommend an update? What are the advantages? Why have many of our customers already decided to update to the new version?
