SAP AG has already announced the latest SAP Fiori version 3.0 and continues to focus on maximum flexibility, user-friendliness and an appealing design. In October 2020, we completed and published release 400.0010.000 of maxflow^® invoice management. In addition to minor changes and corrections, we have also further simplified the upgrade process. This means that the addition of further assistance functions significantly reduces the effort for version upgrades and many functions, such as the creation of events and background jobs, are executed automatically.

The new release 400.009.000 of maxflow^® invoice management was published in May 2020 and again offers numerous interesting innovations. During the development, in addition to the fast and uncomplicated introduction, special attention was paid to user-friendliness, the integration of recurring entry documents and the relief of the accounting department.

After seven years, version 3 of maxflow^® invoice management was officially replaced by the new version 4 in May 2017. During the development of the new version, special attention was paid to customer requirements, transparency and performance in addition to the new user interfaces. Since the completion of version 4, 8 further releases have been published and meanwhile release 400.008.000 is available. But why do we recommend an update? What are the advantages? Why have many of our customers already decided to update to the new version?

Processing an invoice via smartphone while on a business trip? Quickly retrieve a document overview via tablet in a spontaneous meeting? View the status of one or more invoices on a simple and intuitive interface?

We have again enhanced our invoice receipt workflow and released the new 400.008.000 release in October 2019.

In the new release, many improvements have again been implemented in detail in order to be able to design their processes even more flexibly and to make their daily work easier for users. For example, payment blocks can now be set or removed from any processing step, the configuration of "four-eye-principle" has been extended and automatic data transfer can be further restricted.

With the release of maxflow^® invoice management 4.00 - version 400.005.000, a new add-on of Beck IT GmbH is also launched: maxflow^® invoice management UI5. The introduction of maxflow^® invoice management UI5 enables our customers to release SAP incoming invoices in the most modern way.
